New Blood Takes the Wheel
In October 2021, Teagan Caunt, daughter to Steve & Dee-Ann Caunt stepped up & became the new Company Director of Fire Service Plus. With 12 years experience commencing within the Company in an Administration role, Teagan has learnt all facets of the business inside & out. Completing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Wollongong in 2012, which inevitably led to taking over the family business to give Steve & Dee an early retirement.
Where it all Began.
Fire Service Plus was founded by Steve and Dee-Ann Caunt in 1994.
Since our beginning, Fire Service Plus (FSP) have grown to provide a complete fire protection package for our customers. We’ve consistently built our reputation for quality products, high customer service, training & assisting our customers to understand how their building’s fire protection equipment protects their life & property.
Today, FSP has the infrastructure, personnel and flexibility to manage projects and services of any size and complexity, meeting all your requirements in a timely manner and to the highest possible quality.
Celebrating 25 Years!

Starting the business in the workshop of another business to having 1 main Illawarra head office & 4 remote units for the team to work out of (Canberra, Goulburn, Nowra & Batemans Bay). Expanding the business from the Illawarra Region all the way from North Sydney to Eden, Canberra, Cooma & everywhere in between.
